Good view and best location. I visited 2nd time after 15 years but hotel is still maintained well perhaps feeling more good, only rooms are away from main reception and restaurant, one need to climb too much. Food was good, breakfast charges Rs. 300 per person otherwise ala carte room dining was in good quantity with less rates. Big size rooms.

Great, excellent location and newly constructed property and cottages . Food is great,only breakfast is pathetic menu. Rest all is excellent.good and safe for families and couple's. Location is bit remote but you will definitely enjoy. No other eateries or shops near by.so plan all your purchases from Ooty main Market itself

Good views and with hotel being on top of hill, slightly away from main road is both plus or minus whichever way you see fit. The only problem was breakfast. The hotel serves only breakfast buffet costing flat 300 per person and there is no ala carte option. And since hotel is on top of hill this is a big problem. I am not sure why they are doing this but this is a huge problem as there are no restaurents near by.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Food is too good. Totaly i enjoyed my stay here. Staffs also very y much friendly.

It was nothing like what is shown in make my trip nor google reviews. We paid 6k for each deluxe room so totally almost 12k with taxes. First thing is on our way to the hotel there was a single gn board in the middle of the road which made us think it's on the left side of the road so we took that road and got lost. The sign board should be on the right side leading using properly to the hotel. As there was terrible traffic we reached very late by 8. 30pm albeit the check in time was 12pm, we thought we will reach the hotel and have coffee or tea but they said they can't provide coffee or tea and told we have to order within half an hour for dinner or else we won't be able to order after 9. 30pm. We ordered by 9 and the food came by 10pm. The taste was so so but the reviews were great. The food given to the driver was horrible as they served him stale food. Coming to the room, no one would say that's a deluxe room. We booked this as the view was great but there were only 4 walls. The room deserved only 1k per night. It was very small and not that hygienic. Moreover there was no hot water when we reached. Awe asked for extra coffee powder in the room and they weren't ready to give that also. Overall it was worst experience for us. We wanted to relax with our family after a long day and really regret booking this stay here in fortune retreats. Total utter waste.

Room service is good. Rooms are neat and clean. View from room is nice. Have to walk a lot between reception area and the room since the rooms are 200 metres away from the reception area. Good for family stay. Food is good and cheap but they do not provide ala cart options for breakfast.

Good and Pleasant Stay. Food is hygiene and good. Service is good and good hospitality. Nice staff.

Location = 5 star room= 3 star service= 0 star just to provide a water bottle and fresh towels i had to call them 4 times and it took them 2 hrs.
