The environment was terrible; the cups weren't even washed, and the staff did nothing to fix it. I hope Hilton corporate sees this because I can no longer trust Hilton's quality! This hotel is an absolute no-go; I strongly advise against staying here—you'll regret it.

Very convy with the bus service to airport with five swiss bucks
I got lounge access room which is breakfast serve in same buffet line
Not much food in lounge itself but good for relax
There big sakura tree beside hotel
Room and bed ate nice and clean as hilton standard

We stayed here for one night after arriving from Lucerne before an early 7am flight. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short overnight stay, making it a convenient choice close to Zurich Airport.
The airport shuttle was reliable and made getting to the airport early in the morning very easy. Overall, a good option if you’re looking for a practical stay before an early flight.

Very small rooms. Basic facilities. Difficult to reach by walk from bus/train stations. Shuttle is charged, although booking mentioned it's complimentary. Not fair.

Room is under construction from outside...construction man working from 8 am to 3 pm. We requested to change room at 2 pm but hotel service said the noise will stop soon and did not want change our room. The next day at 8am, the nose restarted.

Excellent place to stay to explore Zurich. Train station is only few minutes walk and there is short ride to Zurich HB. Hote also provides day passes for public transportation which is really nice and convenient. There is also shuttle to airport, but its not free. We are happy we choosed stay there and we will likely stay again in the future

The room feels quite dated. The bathroom, in particular, really needs a renovation. There are cracks under the sink, and the glass shower screen on the bathtub isn't clean. The shower gel hadn't been refilled, and there was only one bathrobe in the room. The mini-bar was empty and making a lot of noise.
