The room is very clean. The price/performance ratio is relatively high in Zurich. The breakfast is OK. The location is excellent. Route 10 and 12 are 5 stops away from the airport. There is a bus station right outside. It is very convenient to go to Zurich and the airport.

The hotel is pretty badly worn out. This urgently needs to be renovated.
Light switches are already worn out.
Carpets too.
There was no view out the window because there was scaffolding there.
There was no signage in the underground car park.
The breakfast consisted of ready-made products (scrambled eggs).
The pancakes had been lying around for so long that they were puffing up...
That was bad advertising for Novotel.
This was an IBIS budget at best.
I'm not coming back.

Currently not a presentable prospect as renovation work is being carried out.
Otherwise very clean, service was nice and considerate. The room was large, the bed was very comfortable.

The internal facilities are very old, and there are construction scaffolding outside the windows. The hotel is designated by the tour group. I probably won’t stay here again in the future.

This is a good value 4 stars hotel with friendly front desk staffs. Check-in and check-out was comfortable and easy.
Very good location as Tram stop is just right outside the hotel and Tram 10 and 12 directly from airport and can transfer to Zurich HB which was very convenient.
Will highly recommend and can come back again.
