We booked with this hotel as a couple and as any couple we would expect enough blanket for both of us YET the blanket was very small enough for one person, imagine the struggle and not sleeping peacefully, this is first, second NO SLIPPERS and when we asked for them they said THEY DONT HAVE THEM woow a hotel in ZURICH that cannot afford even slippers for their guests imagine getting out from bathroom wet without slippers walking around without slippers very very inconvenient that’s like the basics of any hotel, no blanket no slippers what a disaster, when it comes to cleanliness I would give it an 8 of 10 but when it comes to some basic amenities I would give it 2 from 10, location I would give it 6 from 10 because it’s close to station yet far from city center, service is 5 from 10

Clean and new and nice hotel location nearby airport
Easy indoor parking inside hotel overnight
while lacking of staffs
Queue was so long during check-in and there was 2 big groups of tour check-in as well
No phone installed in room to contact concierge or front desk

The location is good, close to the center of Zurich and the airport. The room has everything you need for a full stay, you can cook (full kitchen), large bathroom.
The only thing I didn't like was the cleaning. They didn’t take out the oil, they just folded the towels and straightened out the blanket, they didn’t even tuck it in, although maybe that’s how it should be. Dust on the shelves.

I didn't expect that I could book a low-priced Radisson in Zurich at a last minute booking. I really like the Radisson brand and I immediately decided to stay there after seeing the great value for money. It was great.
