The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast is nice. 10 kd from the city center. within walking distance. However, the wi-fi was not working in the room.

we were two friends having two rooms and were staying during Ramadan, so we were the only guests there I guess.. they took care of us so well, we were very satisfied and will stay again in the near future

The hotel have half shut down during Ramadan. I was the only guest, the hot water don’t come unless you turn the tape continuously for 10 minutes The lift it’s not working half of the time the manager it’s okay betho Junior workers are lazy and refused to help you with luggage .

Charming hotel, collection of old objects, large and pretty rooms. Very clean, well maintained. Very cordial welcome. Also located in the center of Oran, not far to go for beautiful walks. A pleasant stay.

The room was large and the bathroom was of European standards. However, in a three star hotel there should be a hairdryer.
Upon arrival I had to prove that I had already paid. The hotel has to check this beforehand and not annoy the guest with it.
According to the description there should be an extensive breakfast buffet. Unfortunately there wasn't. Instead I was told to sit on a couch and I was brought some plates of dry pastries, a can of Schweppes and a tiny cup of coffee.
At 52 euros per night it is too expensive. I consciously didn't want to choose a big hotel chain and wanted to support local people, but if I had known what the breakfast was like, I wouldn't have booked here.

Excellent accommodations, especially for the cost. Large, nicely appointed room. Extremely helpful staff. Restaurant was satisfactory. No other customers on the premises, which seemed a shame. Hotel is short walking distance from the town center.

The receptionist let me to check in at 09:30 which was perfect, the room was comfortable and simple, the location was perfect, the breakfast table did not offer so much vegan option but for the others i think it was good. i was stuck in the lift and had to use the emergency button to ask for a help but the staff did not run to help me, they behaved so cool.
