It was very good to stay in Ibis for 3 nights. All staff were very supportive specially Djamila was so kind & very helpful. Shahra was also so kind at restaurant who was taking care very well dinting my stay. I would like to come again soon. Shahra speaks English very well so it was very easy to prepare anything for me.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec le centre ville et la disponibilité de lit pour bébé. Réservation faite. On arrive et nous avons attendu longtemps pour savoir s'il y avait des lits bébés disponibles et surtout trouvé une chambre adaptée. Donc organisation approximative dans l'hôtel. Le personnel ne connaissait pas les chambres. Après une attente interminable nous avons enfin nos 3 chambres dont une suite pour les lits bébés (donc tarif supérieur). L'hôtel est beau mais mal entretenu:les murs s'effritent, les robinetteries rouillées et calcairisées.... Nous avons trouvé les shampoings et gels douches des clients précédents donc la question du ménage se pose. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de vrai jus de fruit. Sans compter que le wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Bon séjour quand même

it has to be the best hotel I've ever stayed in, everything about it screams comfort and I'm living for it, from how welcoming the workers are and how comfortable the rooms are, to how tasty the food is, it made me feel at ease, it felt like home the moment I set foot in this hotel. The rooms are beautifully designed : they are spacious, clean and organized, have a good air conditioner which is perfect for summer vacations, the furniture is very practical and easy to use, the beds are very comfortable and the pillows are fluffy, the blankets are so light yet warm which made me fall asleep in seconds, the lights are of good quality and not the ones to hurt one's eyes, its windows allow a good amount of daylight and they're equiped with high quality curtains, the bathroom is neat, basically has everything one needs and it even has a ventilation system to keep it aired after using it. I would also like to thank the workers at the reception,I could only recall Fouzia who considered us family (we did and still do as well) which was very comforting, the team was also kind enough to give us dinner for free when we came back late at night from a deception of another hotel we thought was better than this one, I am now convinced that there's no hotel that could top this one. The janitors also do an outstanding job at keeping the rooms clean as a whistle, clothes as well (laundry system). the internet is excellent too and there are many plugs around the room, when it comes to food, there's a buffet every morning and as someone who doesn't eat much in the morning, I found myself happily eating everything they offered, and it's totally worth it. my only issue with this hotel is that I got too used to staying in it that I no longer want to leave it. 😭😭💟 at the end, I'd like to mention that staying here was the gift my family gave to me after I got a remarkably good grade at the baccalaureate exam and let me tell you this, this, was literally the best gift I could ever receive. if I could give 10 stars I would because this hotel deserves it, as it truly lives up to its name 👌✨⭐

We came a night of passage to oran for my friend's anniversary. I reported when my reservation and the welcome that you came for a birthday if it was possible to have a candle we never had a answer! The hotel is very comfortable and the room is very clean and the room is very clean. In the second room it's hardly better with a mirror in the repugnant bathroom, we're noticed to the baggageman who says he'll signal it to the reception and more news. The breakfast is very good and varied but unfortunately the staff does not follow the girls (not all) discuss between them and clearly we disturb them! The room is comfortable but the hygiene is to be revised, breakfast has been enjoyed there are still a lot of efforts to be worthy of a 5 stars to over € 250 or 5 million Algiers dinars the night we expect a serviceable staff, The spa was offered to compensate for these defects but we were not able to benefit from it. I don't advise the hotel who has to revisit its standing to pretend to be at the level of its price.

Price very costly but breakfast. Very poor and not available pool swimming and mini bar inside room very poor no cafe and tea available?? Need development service and facilities or reduce price like hotel 2 star like this problem and customer will stay first night and will go next day to other hotel

I was in Oran for work but have known the place from my childhood. Since in love with the Art of Etienne Dinet, I loved my stay if only to go around and admire the gallery. One thing I would love to suggest is to offer choices of Algerian/ local traditionally prepared dishes at the restaurants. Also kittle in rooms as I was desperately looking for coffee or tea in the night.
