The floor in the room was so filthy that my feet were black. The chair and bedspread had so many stains, totally disgusting. No desk or table like it showed in the pictures. The towels were no longer white, really discolored. The bed was so hard that my back and hips hurt from laying on it. I only stayed two nights out of the four and left. The electric went out and when I questioned the clerk, he stated he didn't even call the electric company to find out a tentative time to restoring it. I asked twice and still he didn't call. My stay was a nightmare. I wish I took photos to show the terrible condition of the property. Never again. The bathroom was clean so at least a positive.

This hotel is pristine. The management and staff are excellent. The location is close to everything in Central Florida.

Clogged sink, broken toilet, sink countertop split in half. We stayed at your hotel a few times in the past, mainly because you accept pets. We had some bad experiences before, but this time was too much. We couldn't use the sink because it was clogged, had to remove the lid on the toilet in order to flush it, the door key never worked. We will never stay at this place again.

Overall our stay was good. The hotel has outside entry and it was quite noisy during the night. Bathroom was very small. Breakfast was modest at best. it did serve our purpose and the price was quite reasonable compared to others in the area.

Room was upstairs, no elevator and stairs were narrow and steep. Bed was comfortable. My husband actually had to do some repairs on the bathroom door hinge screws so the door would fully close. Almost all the outlets in the room were loose or not functioning at all. The motel shouldn't advertise breakfast buffet - we got there towards the end of the time, but there were about 3 small pre-packaged honey buns, some fruit (apples and oranges) and some cereal. There was a waffle maker, but we didn't use it. Ate elsewhere.
