Well located, bedroom + bathroom (shower) perfect! TV with canal+, only small downside: wifi a little slow..
But, pretty nice hotel so I highly recommend 👍🏼😉

Quelle belle surprise! A 12 minutes à pied de la gare, un accueil et un service de premier plan. Hôtel calme et reposant. Chambre propre , confortable avec une très bonne literie. Petit-déjeuner buffet de qualité. Les personnels sont extrément attentionnés et d'une gentillesse absolue. Merci à cette belle équipe.

bel établissement avec une jolie déco origin’ART , idéalement situé à 10 minutes du centre ville à pied . Buffet petit déjeuner très complet . Bar sympa et restaurant de qualité . Toute l’équipe ( y compris la « stagiaire » ) est dynamique et accueillante, toujours prête à rendre service. A recommander sans hésiter !

Chambre correcte, diner inacceptable, viandes et légumes pas cuits, sorbets fondus et pas seulement sur une assiette, 2 tablées et 5 assiettes toutes ratées. Le personnel de service a convenu que ces plats étaient inacceptables mais pas le moindre geste commercial pour autant.

Nice reception. Neat and clean room. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Nice breakfast. The bar is also nice and reasonably priced. The only downside is the pillow, which could really use more attention. Fresh orange juice and croissants are a plus.

The restaurant is run by chef Thomas who only uses fresh regional and seasonal products, beautiful flavors. The menu is varied for all tastes. The Hotel is well located close to Gayant expo. Large secure parking lot, Very warm welcome, friendly staff, very quiet, large, comfortable and clean room. The breakfast was excellent, well stocked. The quality/price ratio for this night is therefore very positive, I am not sure that you will find better on Douai...........
