El hotel es muy antiguo. Las habitaciones también. Servicio deja mucho que desear. Para poner un ejemplo: he pedido una plancha, tardaron 15 minutos en buscarla y finalmente me han dicho que no saben donde está) o he pedido que avisen un taxi… bajo pasado 10 minutos para que me confirmen que el taxi está pedido y resulta que aún lo hayan pedido)))

The building is amazing - steeped in history and we had a comfortable stay. This is our second time in this hotel and will return every time.
Only downside is decor is tired and makeover is overdue.

Para ser un cuatro estrellas,tendría que tener una serie de requisitos ,que para mí le faltaban Al estar a pie de calle ,las ventanas tendrían que estar insonorizadas y no lo están, se escucha el trafico,las personas que van pasando ,incluso montaron un mercadillo de frutas y verduras y a las 7:30 de la mañana, tenismos el mercadillo en la habitación y eso que estábamos en un tercero El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, hacía mucha calor en la habitación y teníamos que abrir ,para refrescar un poco Por lo demás todo correcto
