Sercotel Palacio de Tudemir
"Beautiful historical building. Great location."
Hostal Rey Teodomiro
"Great location not far from the railway station, bars, restaurants and supermarket. Basic accommodation but comfortable and clean. AC worked well. Staff were helpful and friendly 🙂"
Hotel Golf Campoamor
"We spent 4 nights at the hotel and the room itself was clean and tidy but small things were problems. The safe was broken and the TV had plenty of channels but English ones didn't work. Staff were pleasant but reception didn't do much English so sorting problems was a problem.breakfasts were OK. The pool didn't have good access as to get to it was down a grass slope to leaf covered steps which were slippy. Very sad looking area to quite a nice pool. No information in rooms about anything in hotel or near by"
Hostal Arneva Orihuela
Torrejoven
"Everything was quite clean, but if you don't want towel and cleaning service, you have to say so well in advance so that if you sleep in one day, you won't be woken up or caught by surprise."
Hotel Servigroup la Zenia
"Had such a lovely relaxing time once again amazing views and lovely food and very friendly and helpful staff 🙏"
Hotel Montepiedra 4''''Sup
"Hotel super! Very well-designed area, clean rooms, excellent breakfast and dinner. A good pool. Very welcoming staff! We really liked it."
Aparthotel Diamant Blue
"Fantastic location near the strip in Cabo Roig. Apartments are spacious and the bathroom was clean. However the bedspreads were stained and in need of an upgrade. It can be a bit loud but if you're after somewhere to just have a base it is ok."
Palmera Beach
"We've spent several holidays at this hotel and have watched it deteriorate over time. The best thing about it is the pool, which is very large and has a poolside bar. The apartments themselves are large and spacious, perfect for four people, and have sea views. However, the apartment furniture needs a facelift; it must be at least 40 years old. The tables and other furniture look very old. Furthermore, the mattresses are very hard; you can feel the springs, and the pillow feels like a piece of cardboard with a sheet on it because sleeping on it puts you at the same level as the mattress. I recommend that anyone considering staying here never choose a room with a sea view. The large terrace with the view is very nice, but at night, some very rude young people gather below, drinking alcohol and playing loud music, making it impossible for guests to sleep. We know the problem isn't the hotel's fault, but they show no interest in resolving it, such as calling the police as often as necessary or hiring security guards, for example. Since we're outside the hotel grounds, they completely wash their hands of it. Changing the subject, check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM; too late and too early, respectively. Today, when checking out, the apartment key card was deactivated at 9:45 AM (thankfully we didn't all leave the room at the same time), which seems like a very shoddy way to kick guests out, especially since that fifteen minutes is supposed to be paid for and you shouldn't lose access until the time they themselves state. Another aspect that could be infinitely improved is the bar, as it's completely empty (it seemed closed because you couldn't even get through the outside door). One day we sat at the bar and it turned out that the person "serving" the bar was the same receptionist, which gives a very bad impression of both the hotel and the bar, suggesting that they can't hire a simple bartender so that the reception staff aren't so overworked in two jobs at the same time. In short, an experience I wouldn't want to repeat. PS: This year the buffet was closed for renovations, but based on what we've seen in previous years, it's a pretty average buffet where the food is quite good."
