Overall, this is a lovely hotel. There are rooms with a kitchenette and others for wheelchair users, which can be larger than others. The wifi and TV were very accessible and easy to use. The breakfast room on the ground floor is nice and provides really yummy food. Parking can be a bit tricky but the management is accommodating and may allow you to park inside their garage. I love the blinds, as they don't let any light through. It was very quiet, although if there is an event at the Plaza, you will be impacted, I suppose. Unfortunately, their bathrooms are small (they have a super powerful shower, which might get lost in that small cubicle), although they give you everything you need. The one thing I would suggest is to make the rooms a bit more colourful (add an accent wall to make it more appealing to the eye).
