Always a good visit while working the beds are okay the hotel is close to everything including the 417 lots if food and shopping near by

I really enjoyed my stay. It was in the perfect location and easy to get to. There was so much to do in the area and we had a awesome time in Orlando. I’m looking forward to my next trip

I’m requesting a partial refund as there was NO heat in my room and the temperature got down in the 40 ‘s. I was not offered a change of rooms. I was given extra blanket

The area was a little “shakey”, desk clerk was friendly, room wasn’t the cleanest, toilet stopped working, noise at 3:00 AM definitely needs to be upgraded. Will not stay again. Picture on the website was misleading

I am a Diamond Select member for BEST WESTERN, THIS HOTEL IS BY FAR THE NASTIEST RUDE AND SCAMMING PEOPLE IVE EVER CANE IN CONTACT WITH. The workers will take your “DO NOT DISTURB SIGN” and still enter your rooms each day .. some one entered my room and OPENED MY PASSPORT AND IM SURE MADE A COPY OF MY INFORMATION MY PASSPORT WAS BRAND NEW AND FLAT WHEN I RETUNED AFTER WORK IT WAS BENT WIDE OPEN .. I went to front desk to ask who been in my rooom they couldn’t tell me I called police to make an report on these people and later was asked to leave the premises because I questioned them and made a report on my identity (With them invading everyone privacy) by entering a room with a sign that states DO NOT ENTER NOOOOO SERVICE ‼️‼️‼️ BTW THE HOTEL IS TRASHHYYY ANYWAYS HONESTLY … Just by pass this hotel pleaseee and thanksss sign D.Jackson

We were disappointed after driving 16 miles pass airport only to find this Best Western in a bad neighborhood and no close restaurants only KFC, the rooms were so dated, old mattress, dor would not l9ck,, we were put in old motel room in the back, we felt not safe Never again
