Very disappointing experience. Paid too much money for what we got. Elevators didn’t work. Pool was green and was told to check in that it would be ready by afternoon and it was not. Some customers were told they could use the pool across the street, but we were never told, bathroom sink was spewing water every time we turned it on. Overall disappointing experience.

Room, service and staff were great. Clean hotel over all. Elevators are very slow and in need of maintenance! Pool and hot tub were nice. Pool gate lock doesn’t work with key card. Fortunately it’s a short gate so everyone could reach over the gate and use the inside handle. My family and I will definitely return should we find ourselves in the area.

The customer service at this hotel is top-notch. I think her name is Cecie at the front desk was so helpful with storing our luggage while we waited for our checkin. She was fantastic. Everyone was super friendly and even when a shuttle broke down in the morning they had one ready for us from another hotel. Impeccable service and value. Location is walkable to restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. The generous and yummy snacks were a great perk with our room. The AC wasn’t working great but we were all so tired from our cruise we just went to sleep and it was a little hot in the room but nothing too bad. Great place to stay for a night while traveling.
