On the first day I went, there were other people's pants in the room drawer, which was disgusting. The wiif is also not easy to use. Book 4,000 a night in advance and 3,000 on the same day. This is the worst ritz I've ever lived in

The service at this gorgeous hotel is TOP NOTCH. We were in town for a Varsity Summit Cheer competition and Anne with guest relations went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable and enjoyable. The competition happened to fall on our daughter’s 10th birthday and Mother’s Day. The hospitality coordinator, Aliya delivered a delicious cake, flowers and good luck ballon’s at my husbands request. In the room were plush robes and slippers, even smaller sizes for the bday girl. Bea with house keeping kept us comfortable with extra pillows and a fantastic job of keeping our room tidy. The margs from the pool and lobby bar were perfect and the Greek yogurt ice cream was to die for. We ate room service several of the nights due to our chaotic schedule and it did not disappoint. Highball and Harvest has the most palatable white cheddar Mac and cheese. Valet was always prompt and made sure we were well stocked with waters for our longs days. More than pleased with our stay. Already dreaming of those comfy beds. Thank you Ritz Orlando Grande Lakes!

We recently spent four nights at this wonderful resort, but we would have liked to stay longer! It is a beautiful, restful resort and the staff are so helpful and friendly. We must mention Ann Clarke who was amazing and also Lisa and Carmen. We cannot wait to return and cannot recommend it enough.

From the moment we arrived we have been treated like royalty but my favorite part of the whole stay was the attention we got from Giovanna at the Bleu pool. She went above and beyond! We got to talking a little when I was by the pool and I shared with her that I left a some stuff at home like hat and sunglasses and she took it upon herself to send me a hat to my room so I can enjoy my day a the pool the next day. It was a beautiful thought and made my experience extra special. It’s the little things that count the most! I would never forget this wonderful experience! Thanks again Giovanna!

We had an amazing 3-day stay here after 4 days in Universal Studios. We all enjoyed the pool, the accessibility to the JW pool and water slides. The golf club and spa were amazing. Service was top notch and the property was simply beautiful. Every staff has been extremely helpful and nice.

Beautiful views, best possible level of service, plenty of activities for kids, top notch well maintained gym and SPA. Helpful team - every request was respected and answered with care and swiftly - genuinely impressive! Room service menu has plenty of option, reasonably priced and a good option if you fancy a quite evening.
