On the first day I went, there were other people's pants in the room drawer, which was disgusting. The wiif is also not easy to use. Book 4,000 a night in advance and 3,000 on the same day. This is the worst ritz I've ever lived in

I had a facial at the Spa…. I been there many, many times for many years as well This lady Jamie Shein, was extraordinary nice and very kind, explaining every detail about everything I was getting on my face and why I should do it. This time was something really impressive, how dedicated she was. I needed to write a review because that’s the type of people we do love to meet when we look to a place to find kindness and peace.

Spent last night here at this gorgeous two hotel resort. The Ritz is incredible & we chose the Club Level. Trisha and Esther proved themselves to be the best of the best. Great food and cocktails included. Beautiful views from 1220. Love the pool and the option to go the Marriott pool if you desire. We will come again!! Thank you!!!

My family and I really enjoyed our experience here. The rooms are spacious and modern, staff are attentive and engaging, facilities are clean, game area is great, and use of both pools here and at the JW are amazing. We will definitely be back!

The service at this gorgeous hotel is TOP NOTCH. We were in town for a Varsity Summit Cheer competition and Anne with guest relations went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable and enjoyable. The competition happened to fall on our daughter’s 10th birthday and Mother’s Day. The hospitality coordinator, Aliya delivered a delicious cake, flowers and good luck ballon’s at my husbands request. In the room were plush robes and slippers, even smaller sizes for the bday girl. Bea with house keeping kept us comfortable with extra pillows and a fantastic job of keeping our room tidy. The margs from the pool and lobby bar were perfect and the Greek yogurt ice cream was to die for. We ate room service several of the nights due to our chaotic schedule and it did not disappoint. Highball and Harvest has the most palatable white cheddar Mac and cheese. Valet was always prompt and made sure we were well stocked with waters for our longs days. More than pleased with our stay. Already dreaming of those comfy beds. Thank you Ritz Orlando Grande Lakes!

We recently spent four nights at this wonderful resort, but we would have liked to stay longer! It is a beautiful, restful resort and the staff are so helpful and friendly. We must mention Ann Clarke who was amazing and also Lisa and Carmen. We cannot wait to return and cannot recommend it enough.
