Stayed in the hotel for four days and three nights, it is very suitable for travel arrangements with the elderly and children, because the hotel has a kitchen and washing machine! You can cook by yourself, and the room can't be cleaned every day

Wonderful place to stay! The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Pillows like clouds. We stayed in the off season and the service and food was just a great as it would be in the summertime. Cocktails were very good. All the pools were heated and they even had entertainment and activities in November! I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to enjoy a little pampering and relaxation ☺️

We had an amazing stay. There were lots of activities for the whole family. Great location to travel around Orlando. Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were so helpful and kind.

Horrible service. Unfriendly front desk staff. Not understanding. Not accommodating. Not would you would expect from a Marriott brand. There is no excuse for not trying to please your lifetime gold members. Also, trees hang over parking spots so your car will be dirty in the morning.

This hotel was great. Check in/out was smooth. The staff was friendly and very helpful. This place is well protected security is always around. Very quiet at night. If you have kids or older family members they would love this place. It’s always something to do there.

The property was fantastic. It is very nice and the kids loved the pool area and Lake House. The only thing we didn't care for was the construction around the outside of the property. It wasn't loud just in some areas the view is of construction off the property. I would go to this resort again!!
