If you are a Bonvoy member, this hotel has excellent cuisine and service on the 9th floor lounge. Please say hi to Lois and ask her any question about restaurant amenities on the premises as well as locally. She is courteous, friendly and aims to please....think of her as your unofficial concierge. Kudos to Lois. In addition, patronize the Crimsom Cafe off lobby and ask for Rahul on the wait-staff. He served my wife and I breakfast, and in addition to the excellent hot food, he offered us to-go containers for our orange juice/coffee, a nice addendum to impeccable service, fast food delivery, and incredibly flavorful and filling breakfast entrees. Also, recommend the wait staff and bartenders in the Lounge Bar.....ate there twice as well as consumed a few well shaken, not stirred adult beverages. What's not to like about this hotel? Every employee we met (add front desk personnel to the list) greeted us with warmth, good cheer, and a happy expression. Always asked what they could do to make our stay more fulfilling. We will return.

The establishment was very clean. The hotel is very close to the airport. The staff was extremely nice. Even when we returned from our trip they held our luggage for us. I would most definitely stay here again.

When things go wrong, how a property recovers is as important as the stay itself. On my recent visit for a business trip, I snagged my brand new pants on a broken piece of plastic from the seat belt connector in the Marriott airport shuttle van. The team at the front desk didn’t hesitate to take care of me. DeVon, the front desk supervisor was extremely professional and ensured me they would order a new pair of pants and have them shipped to my home address. The GM Mete assisted with this process and they have ensured me the pants are ordered and on their way. Their professionalism greatly impressed me. This property is an older Marriott property that has been updated with modern decor in the rooms and nice bathroom upgrades. The rooms are nicely appointed with all the standards you expect from modern Marriott rooms. The executive lounge was adequate but is the old style (not the updated M Club standard.) The staff in the restaurant / bar were the standouts — extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. This level of service is hard to find and I was very impressed! We had a large party of 12 that showed up late evening and they took care of us like we were their only guests. This Marriott is a solid property and I am grateful for their hospitality!
