I loved the free Happy Hour and breakfast. Staff was great—very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. Great hotel!

Teshia gave us a very pleasant check in and she went above by making herself accessible if we needed anything extra. Our room was super comfortable and quiet and the breakfast buffet was very good. The whole place including the pool area and workout room is very clean.

We were there with a high school chorus for a competition and they told us the pool as closed. These were good and respectful kids who didn’t do anything wrong but were judged because of their age. Shameful

The hotel lobby was super nice. The staff was friendly and check in was easy. The issue came about after checking into the room. The room was VERY outdated. The bathrooom tub has rust all over the walls and the shower head hasn’t been cleaning in forever. The sink was also missing a part where the drain was. It was filled with green and black gunk. The toilet was leaving and the bottom portion was lifting.

Used to stay here often for work but it became in need of renovation. Decided to give them another chance and had to pay more for parking thru the hotel than had i paid directly. And the sheets were not clean in my room. Had a couple of other issues as well.

We stay at this hotel because we had stay previously. We had an appointment for my daughter to get an infusion at the advent health , which is 9 minutes away from the hotel. We stay at this hotel over night. We had a lovely stay even though we only stayed over night.

Amazing location. Close to Lake Eola, walk-able to restaurants and the most perfect aspect, they allow animals....that's 10 stars to me. Only downside, slowest elevators in the state. OK, a new negative, and why I hate reviews....oh, minimum of 200 characters. UGH! WHY?
