The interior and grounds are beautiful, water ride was great, lazy river and pool were wonderful. The Kitchen restaurant seemed to be trying hard to be high end, however their choices were minimal and the food left a lot to be desired. We recommend evrbar, food and service is way better and they’re only a few feet away. We looked into Primo, however we were turned off by the ambiance, the interior lighting is very bright and gave the vibe of a food court, meanwhile the prices were astronomical. Unfortunately the take aways relate to bad management from our experience. At check-in they could have informed us a few things that would have been good to know later on, such as the pool service, restaurants closing early and the only bar within reasonable walking distance also closing early. We also had a room with a sleeper sofa where our son would be sleeping. Nobody bothered to tell us we had to call someone to move a heavy table and an ottoman, and get sheets to make the bed, so at 1030pm we found ourselves playing musical chairs with the furniture to make room to open the bed. It wasn’t until we realized there were no sheets in the room and had to call the front desk that they told us they normally do that for the guests. Finally, their smart TVs offer an option to stream movies from your personal Prime or Netflix account, however the TV showed an error in which they had to get a technician to the room which was about a half hour wait. Being that it was already late and my family was already in bed, it was an inconvenience and not practical to have a technician in the room fiddling with the TV, so needless to say, we wasted the money on the movie rental. When we checked out, we attempted to bring these items to the clerk, which seemed not to understand the nature of the grievances and had no input to alleviate the situation. She went and got the manager, who seemed to be in another building because we had to wait about 10 minutes for him to come and see us. He was condescending, patronizing and seemed to be in a rush. He offered no solutions and was indifferent and aloof at handling the situation. We were excited to give this place a chance, we’ve been to better places and were looking for a new experience. However we were soundly disappointed.
