The Fairfield at Marriott Village is a great holiday. The location is so wonderful that regretfully, we did not have an opportunity to use the hotel amenities such as the pool etc. We did have breakfast daily, which had a good selection of hot items, breads and cereals. The Mickey Mouse pancakes were delicious.
Our rooms were large and spacious, with great air conditioning, lovely hot showers and sufficient tv channels. The beds and rooms were very clean.
It is very handy that there are washers and dryers and ice machines on every floor or every other floor.
The hotel offers a free shuttle to the parks but we preferred to drive to be able to leave and return to the park, for necessary breaks in the height of the heat.
Would happily stay there again.
There are 2 other hotels on the property (Courtyard and Springhill). I imagine these are more upscale. I would have appreciated an offer to "upgrade" at a nominal fee to experience.

On arrival, my reservation could not be located. This was resolved after a 20 minute wait. Was awoken at 06.00 am by the occupiers of the next room who were screaming and cursing and the child was obviously in distress. I reported this to front desk who informed security. In check out, I spoke with security who confirmed they had done a walk round the floor and had not heard any noises. I subsequently spoke with the hotel manager to confirm the circumstances. I further reported to him that I had been charged for parking when my reservation had included this. I requested a refund of this due to my inconvenience and he agreed (but told me the refund wasn’t for my inconvenience as the noise issue was out of his control but rather because he was a nice guy!!)

The room is clean and tidy, the air conditioning is powerful, the service attitude is good, and the breakfast is very good. Since it is a weekend stay, there are many people at breakfast and there is basically no vacancy. There are not many people on weekdays. There is a free shuttle to Disney, Outlets, Disney Spring, and there are many restaurants around.

It’s a good room hotel for our small family. Food were fine. The location is perfect for all the favorite tourist destinations in Orlando.

The hotel was great and wonderful for our layover flight. We did have to wait to check in at the desk since there were other parties also checking in, however they were apologetic about the wait and gave us complimentary water. Would definitely recommend this hotel to stay near the Disney area even if it is a little bit further from the airport.
