They welcomed me even though it was a late check-in. The room and bed were clean, they served the welcome drink as well. Shampoo, body wash, and lotion were located in the bathroom however toothbrush/paste wasn't. I went down to the lobby and asked for one but they said they are out of them as well. There are several parking spaces but I recommend park soon as possible.

The stay experience was generally up to standard until I realised that room cleaning was only provided on demand and then put in my request at the concierge on Day 3. The lady at the concierge was cold and not helping to say the least. She kept telling me room cleaning requests must be submitted by 9am, which I think is quite inconvenient and unfriendly for leisure travellers. She reluctantly agreed to help me change towels and toiletries in the end. It’s quite funny because they ha be this slogan sign on the wall saying “if there’s anything wrong with your stay, let us know and we’ll make it right”. Apparently the lady didn’t want to make it right for me.

Was woken up by getting bit by bed bugs at 2 am and the only thing they did was offer us a 7$ breakfast voucher. So we paid almost 200$ to be eaten up by bed bugs and we have video of all of it.

This was a relatively pleasant day. The room was totally upgraded with a very clean bathroom. The bed was really comfortable. The fan didn't stay on continuously but, when we called down to the front desk, the maintenance guys came up right away and overrode the code so that we could keep the fan on all night for white noise. They're doing construction but we were sent a notification before our stay so we were prepared for that. They even provided ear plugs in our room! However, our room was overlooking the pool and the Tikki Bar so, even through our closed window we could hear the bass of the music. We'd definitely stay here again but on the other side of the hotel.

The hotel it’s self was nice and clean and the people there were really nice but with the amount a room costs their breakfast should have been included in the stay, we shouldn’t have to pay a extra fee for that.

The staff was great , but the hotel was bieng renovated and there was alot of construction in the room rite next to ours, also the shower in room 305 has a patch that fell off the roof and the mold kept me sneezing.

Lovely Check in. They kept frozen packs without a problem. Lobby is all remodeled and is so bright and cheerful. Our room was nice . The bed and pillows were great! We like staying here when we have a very early morning flight so we roll out of bed and the shuttle drives us to the airport. No charge to keep your car in their well lit parking lot.
