They have a serious problem in the housekeeping and maintenance area. I stayed for 2 nights on this trip, on December 31, 2024, and on January 6, 2024. On the first night, they assigned me a room with a broken and inoperable sun-blocking curtain. On the second night, the bathroom did not have shampoo, bath soap, or hand soap. In both cases, the coffee maker in the room also did not have instructions, and when I operated it, it spilled coffee the size of the cup. I burned myself trying to operate it without spilling. Truly a shame. On the other hand, the reception staff on the second night was quite rude and unhelpful.

EXCELLENT PROPETY THAT IS A 1/2 MILE WALK TO SEAWORLD. VERY CLEAN AND AWESON STAFF. WILL STAY HERE AGAIN.

I booked the hotel as part of a package to make life easier. It really didn’t help me out. I had to request the lanyard that would allow us access to all of the activities I paid for. I found out, the lanyards acts only as a reservation. I needed to show my receipts I had printed out for each activity. The hotel advertised a shuttle to and from Seaworld. We waited by the signpost at the driveway that says “Shuttle bus to Seaworld”. A shuttle never came. So, we walked with another couple and their children about 10-15 min to the park. There is a concierge desk by the door of the hotel with Seaworld advertised. I was told someone would be there around noon. No one ever showed up. The hotel personnel told me there hadn’t been anyone there for months. I spoke with the help desk at Seaworld; he informed me that Seaworld has nothing to do with the hotels. So, book the hotels separately; don’t go in for the package deals. Another thing about the hotel was the advertised heated pool. I told the staff that the water was cold, they said it was heated. Their heated must be different than mine. The hotel was neat and clean. I didn’t see as much as a tiny spider. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

Out of 5 this hotel is definitely a 6.5! Very modern and clean hotel. Beds were comfortable and room was overall were well maintained and clean. Thomas at the front desk (I believe that was his name) was very pleasant and greeted me right away. I recommend this hotel to anybody be staying in the Orlando area

One of my go to Hotels in this area. I have always enjoyed the rooms and for me the location is great. Staff has always been very nice to me. I have always stayed on the top floor so amazing views. Nice restaurant and lobby area. Very easy walk to Sea World and to several restaurants. 7-11 right across the street too.

We stayed here when we visited SeaWorld. This hotel is very walkable to the park and is clean and fit our family of three perfectly. The staff was so nice - I will definitely stay here again!
