Atendimento da recepção muito bom, atenciosos. Café da manhã basico mas com opções suficientes. Quartos ponto negativo que é tudo carpete e vidros lacrados então fica com muita concentração de pó, ideal seria remover carpete. Cama um pouco "cansada". Ótima localização, próximo do comércio e muito próximo da Universal. Acredito ser a melhor opção da região por conta do café da manhã que faz diferença. Serviço de limpeza passou todos os dias no quarto.

It was okay for the most part , besides the rude staff and the fact that we were never acknowledged when it came to things we needed, only good thing about the hotel was the pool.

Hated this place. Couldn't even step in. Roaches everywhere, I travel quite often and prefer to save money on hotels but this place was the dirtiest place I've seen in my life. Room smelled horrible and tons of tons of roaches were everywhere. I sat in the kitchen area being awake all night cause I couldn't step into the room and they did not refund me anything. They offered me 15% refund which is funny and ridiculus. Beds were very uncomfortable, and they placed the bed 20" from the air conditioner, so it blows right into your face and was super noisy. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place if you care just a tiny bit about your health
