coffee machine did not have proper filter. no help offered despite complaints.

Hotel in very poor condition, both the rooms and the common areas/facilities. Upon arrival, the completely unpleasant receptionist who did not even have the reception open, received you behind glass with an opening for minimal documentation. A complete disaster. Nothing to do with the photos. Counting on the fact that we paid for the buffet breakfast and he told us that they had not had this service for three years. We changed hotels 10 minutes after seeing the room and the bathroom, dirty and in poor condition, with signs of humidity. When informing the receptionist of the departure, he did not care completely.

This has been our 2nd stay at the Super 8. We luckily got a fresher room than last time, but the room was not perfectly clean. Allthough there is no carpet, the flooring was not clean at all. Socks and feet get black/dirty very fast.
We are not sure to stay here again. 50/50

La propiedad es super accesible, aire acondicionado y agua caliente super bueno al igual que el estacionamiento. La persona a cargo de la limpieza de la habitación fue muy atenta y amable.
Lo que me incomodó fue que en el baño por las noches aparecían pequeñas cucarachas. Con una buena fumigación, se resuelve.
