Horrible we arrived at this hotel on Monday at 4:30 , at 5 p.m. we left the hotel and did not return until 8 p.m., leaving our suitcases closed with the security system in the room . On our return, our luggage was opened by force, the security system broken and the contents turned upside down (open toilet holes, empty storage bags, etc.). We reported the incident within half an hour to hotel security. We asked many times to speak to the manager to have a feebdack in vain . No one bothers to talk to us or explain to us. The hotel has more than a security failure, no cameras in the corridors , it also has a deplorable lack of sense of service. Our trip took a bad turn as soon as we arrived, we not only suffered material damage (damaged luggage) but moral damage, aggravated by this lack of communication and by the unavailability of managers. Be careful to your luggages if you choose this Hotel. The food is also awful, specially at the loyalty floor. Best regards
