There is a definite service issue at the hotel. we checked in past midnight and my wife was clearly exhausted, she asked for a bottle of water. They were lined up with cups behind the receptionist, it was refused! My wife was told to get it from the room as there will be two bottles there. I get that, but an extra bottle of water is not going to break the bank for Hyatt. The staff at breakfast were all grumpy, except our server, she was passive-aggressive and annoying. She asked my wife how my wife was and then went on to repeat " I am okay" in the same tone that my wife replied in. I would have ignored the one off, but she continued her weird behavior throughout breakfast. When we were leaving, she said "I hope you get better" to my wife and that made no sense as my wife didn't say she was sick or anything. To add to it, we got charged for breakfast, while it was supposed to be inclusive. Its annoying to wasted 20-30 minutes on calls to resolve this. I am waiting for it to be resolved.
