Perfect hotel if leaving for a cruise

Room was okay. Pillows were terrible. Noisy refrigerator. Staff was excellent

This was an unexpected stay, since I didn’t make my standby flight. I was incredibly pleasantly surprised! They have an airport transfer shuttle with really comfortable seats, AC and baggage storage. The drive was excellent, loaded my bags and offered us COLD water! Make sure to call the hotel to let them know you’re ready to be picked up. Be patient, they will come, I waited about 15mins and shuttles run every 30mins. Since it’s Florida and hot outside, I waited just inside the airport doors with the AC! Just make sure that you can see the shuttle arrive and be ready to head out right away! The room was huge, the bed was comfy, the AC strong, two full sized mirrors plus the bathroom mirror. The bathroom was also big, the shower pressure was strong and temperatures were great. Don’t skip out on trying their shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap! It smelled amazing! I might even buy the brand when I get home. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 12pm. Who doesn’t love an afternoon check out?! Breakfast is served from 6am-10am with coffee service 24hrs. When I was there they had 2 types of scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes. Bagels, toast, muffins, cereal, oa**eal, yogurt, and fresh fruit (bananas & apples). Then they had a whole waffle station!! My favourite part. They had one iron making 4 mini waffles at a time and another iron making 1 big waffle. Once you made your waffle, they had chocolate and caramel drizzles, chocolate chips, syrup, ready whip, and butter. I made 1 big waffle and put chocolate drizzle, whip cream, and cut up a banana! So good! To top off the experience, all the staff I encountered were exceptional. Shuttle driver, front desk, food service breakfast staff, and housekeeping! I’m sorry that I didn’t get any names. I will definitely be staying here again.

Very nice hotel and great location

The hotel says in its advertisement that it offers free shuttle services from the Orlando airport to the hotel. When I called from the terminal, the person of the hotel asked how fast I could be outside. I said that I could be outside in 2 minutes. Hence, I was told to go outside and wait at the bus stop of the hotel. After 15 minutes I called the hotel again and they said I should be patient, it would only be another 5-10 minutes. After again 15 minutes, I called again and heard that the shuttle would come in 5 minutes. It actually then cam 10 minutes later. The hotel room was clean, but with very old furniture and somewhat run down. The hotel is good for one night if you some in late and continue the next morning. However, if you do not have the patience to wait for the shuttle and endure all the excuses, then probably it is better to take Uber to the hotel. My other suggestion is to opt for a room at a high floor and away from the elevator.

Great experience. Great hotel. Our shuttle driver Bill was fantastic!! He was quick to pick us up at the airport. He sang Happy birthday to my daughter on the bus. He gave us great information about the hotel and the surrounding area!! Even mentioned that we might be able to see a space launch from here. Lots of restaurant choices within walking distance.
