Staff is so nice and always smile with quick and accurate responses. Room charge is reasonable during peak Christmas time but the indoor cafeteria should be improved as the area is so small but the quantity and quality of breakfast is really good

Comfortable hotel rooms and slow internet speeds are common problems in most hotels in the United States. There is ample parking at the hotel. Air conditioning system is good. Is a good value for money hotel.

The room needs updates, but is clean. The mattresses are uncomfortable in my opinion. But for the rest everything good. Also is a great location and super accessible to the theme parks, malls, food, entertainments, down town.
