The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was pretty good. There was a shuttle bus to Universal Studios in the morning, but it only took 20 minutes to walk there. The soap provided by the hotel feels like it cannot be washed clean, and my hands are extremely slippery every time I wash them! During my stay at the end of December 2023, only one of the hotel's two elevators was available, so the wait for the elevator would be relatively long.

Hotel bem confortável, o mesmo padrão e disposição dos demais da rede Home2Suites q já conhecíamos . Excelente localização, próximo a Internacional Drive, Universal, Outlets, shoppings, restaurantes , etc… e mesmo assim um local extremamente silencioso e tranquilo. Todos atendentes foram atenciosos.
Excelente café da manhã, padrão americano. Muita variedade de pães, cereais, deliciosas frutas secas, sucos, omeletes…Apenas a reposição de alguns itens nos últimos 30 minutos da faixa horária, fica um pouco deficiente.
Café, chá e deliciosas maçãs verdes disponíveis e gratuitos 24h/ dia na recepção.
Nos horários de movimento a limpeza as vezes um pouco retardada nas áreas comuns, recepção, talvez devido pouca colaboração de hóspedes... mas nada q prejudique.
Em resumo, foi uma estadia muito boa, segura e confortável, recomendamos este Hotel.

É a terceira vez que me hospedo e consegui ver a queda de qualidade com o passar do tempo. O cafe da manha ficou pes simo sem quase nenhuma opcao, so aquelas comidas prontas ter riveis. A limpeza tambem piorou. A geladeira engordurada por fora e bolor na pia do banheiro. Para mim não é mais opção pq existem dezenas de novos hoteis na redondeza

The room was just perfect for our needs. Very clean and comfortable. Close to universal and they offer a free shuttle to and from the parks. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Check in was terrible, we were provided a different room than what was booked for coz they were overbooked. Front desk offered a refund for the first night(pending manager's approval), but they denied refund later coz they say they upgraded my room for the next 2 nights without my consent. Anyways I could not use the upgraded room so that does not fix the inconveniences caused during the first night and check in. I will not book this property again.
Hotel is clean and quiet, average breakfast, very limited parking. They do not have full kitchen as they advertise on the site, so do not book if you are looking for a full-kitchen.
