Excellent stay, good service… I hope to comeback again for my business travels

The place has a good ambiance. The room is clean too. They don't have complimentary water for the guest.

This is the second time that I stayed here and the rooms are awesome comfortable beds beautifully laid out top notch for the price I must say I enjoyed all of it thank you

It was such a good hotel for the cost. We thought because we were so close to the Disney/Universal parks that it would be very expensive or poor quality, but this hotel was very cheap and very good all around.

The room and the location is perfect for Disney traveller, the only disadvantage is the lighting is not bright enough.

The location is really good. It only takes about 10-15 minutes to Disney land and springs. Service was good too. The room is little small but good to stay

The only thing that was wrong was the refrigerator was not working properly.

The service & cleanliness is always good. We have stayed here probably a dozen times in the last 3 years. It's pet friendly which has been great with our dog the last 2 trips. The lady in the restaurant has become like a friend. Certainly a friendly face every time we visit. She remembers us & every morning at breakfast, remembers our drink orders before we even sit down.

Shuttle bus services to Disney are limited. At the end need to book own transportation. The rest all expected not too bad.

The location of the hotel is perfect if you plan to have a Disney world experience. Customer service for me needs to improvement and the cleanliness of the room.

Very good budget hotel in the lake Buena vista area. Room with 2 doubles beds, very comfy mattress and huge TV. Mini fridge and microwave also available very handy for drinks and snacks. Room was very clean and housekeeping came every day to make up the beds,clean and change towels. If you prefer a quieter rooms ask for one facing the parking lot and building 3 or 4. Shop,bar and breakfast buffet on site. This was my second stay here and I would return again.

Was good for the price. However, do note that you do get what you pay for.

I went with my baby and my husband for two nights and they gave us a room near to the pool and everything was clean and great.
