The mess was understandable with the renovation going on, but there were no food vending options when we arrived late from the airport.

This hotel was immaculate! I mean the customer service was superb throughout our stay. The front desk staff: John (Johnathan?), Frederick, Sebastian and the engineer, Victor were great! We felt like home during our stay. All the shuttle guys were just pleasant and always willing to transport us. We greatly appreciated this convenience. The location is perfect! Breakfast selection was good. The pool area was clean and the water was amazing. I am a frequent traveler and i can honestly say i’ve never stayed at a hotel such as this one and received such a superb level of customer service! I am so happy i decided to book here as I originally booked another hotel in the area until i read current bad reviews of that other place and decided to take my chances at Hyatt and I am so glad I did. We had a great great time. The morning/afternoon greetings from the front desk staff I tell you what that was golden. Like we say in the “Corporate” world …you are only as good as your previous customers “ Hyatt held this standard throughout our stay”. We will definitely be making this our return place upon our future visits to Orlando. I gave them 4 stars due to the fact that the rooms do not have microwaves. I think this is a huge inconvenience for staying at this hotel however, I would hope in the very near future that Hyatt considers adding that level of convenience to the rooms because that’s what people look forward to especially or long stays.
