Séjour très agréable, personnel à la réception tres professionnel et veillant à ce que notre séjour se passe bien.
Le plus décevant par rapport à cette expérience fut dûe aux erreurs qui avaient été commises par Trip.com sur notre réservation, notamment sur le nombre de nuits réservées par la plateforme 1 au lieu de 4 (comme mentionné sur le coucher de reservation). Cependant nous avons eu le plaisir de pouvoir échanger avec le personnel de l'hôtel qui à été compréhensif et nous à trouvé une solution alors que le service client Trip.com n'étaient pas en mesure de nous apporter une solution.

We got an email to take a time-share tour of this resort with the promise of being put up in Orlando at a "Marriott or Hyatt style hotel" for 4 nights. We signed up for the tour for 5-24-24. They booked us at the Enclave Hotel, which we had never heard of, but figured it was comparable to a Marriott or Hyatt. Bot were we wrong. We got to the Enclave and found out it was apartments (most units were permanent residents) and the unused units were rented as hotel rooms. It was awful. This was a real bait and switch. We went to the tour just to complain about the room. They didn't care at all. They just wanted to sell us a time-share program. The room was so bad we only ended up staying 3 of the 4 nights. If you're dealing with this place, BEWARE.

I only needed a hotel for the night and for the price you couldn’t go wrong. But the front desk service was not too helpful or friendly. The room appeared to be clean, but everything inside was very old and outdated especially the bathroom..

The hotel is very old buildings have several units. They need to upgrade for TV, beds, bathroom cabinet and ice machine. I cannot believe that only one ice machine each building but not working at all. The front desk, I talked with the manager in the late evening like 10 PM to solve a problem with TV connect to computer, but couldn’t help and they have no other room left. We reserved this hotel in January 3, 2024.
We’re upset because his attitude toward their guest said that you can leave if you want. We asked him whether he can refund the money we paid??? He said “NO”. The web site of the hotel looks nice but we feel like cheating.

Super situation (30min à pied de Universal) et relativement calme. Appartement correct avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Par contre literie horrible (lit queen size en u) et la propreté deu sol laissait à désirer. Mais plan de travail, placards … propres. Pour un séjour de 5 nuits nous avons pu faire nos repas.
Piscine extérieure nettoyée tous les jours mais ferme trop tôt à la tombée de la nuit).
Piscine intérieure sympa et au calme (un peu petite) et super chauffée
