i found a COCKROACH all over my roon , plus the door,skey does not work properly and i got stuck out of my roon 2 am

We got a room around the back near the barrage that was overflowing. Inside the room at first sight I thought the floor was dirty but it was actually dirty looking. A centipede died in the standing shower and roaches crawling out from behind the toilet to behind the mirror. Air condition chips out sometimes and the room never gets cold. There is a small table and two dirty chairs in the room at two burner built in stove and a full size painted fridge. The bed was clean, but this isn’t somewhere to call home about somewhere to sleep for the night and get out.

This hotel does not provide cleaning services. During consecutive stays, guests can only go to the front desk to change towels.
Then, although the bedding was clean, the floor was so dirty that I couldn't wash my socks even if I stepped on the floor and walked a few steps.
A deposit of US$100 is required at the front desk for each stay. Cash is not accepted, only credit cards are accepted.

This is a Glorified Motel.

Room was not at all how it was described. There was mold EVERYWHERE. We never got any housekeeping. Someone also tried to unlock our door while we were staying to inspect said mold with zero warning and they stated they didn’t know someone was staying in that room.

Bad points: The room was very run down. The bathroom door broke and didn’t lock. TV remote control with no battery; I went to reception to ask for it, and the people didn’t bother, just said no. I had to buy batteries myself. The kitchen cabinet door is falling apart, and the horrible smell of **** is coming all the time coming from other rooms.
Good points. Close to the airport. Well located. Close to restaurants and fast food restaurants.
Overall, the place has potential. It just needs better management to deal with all these issues.
