service was nice. everything was good and it was what you would expect from a hotel. the lobby was freezing, however, and our room carpet was slightly stained, but nothing crazy

This hotel was a perfect location to go to the Kia Center for an Orlando Magic game & it is right across the street from the Phillips Center. Everything is walking distance.

The hotel staff were super friendly. The rooms were clean and exactly as described. The only issue we had when we arrived was where to park however we learned that the parking options are either valet or a nearby parking garage. We only stayed one night as we came for a Magic vs Sixers game at the Kia Center which was right down the street. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the downtown Orlando area.

After an event we attended, we went to the bar for a cocktail. The bartender seemed more interested in ending his night. He was not friendly and made us feel that we should just go to our room.

The hot pink lights made it easy to find. It is in walking distance to the performing arts center, certain resteraunts, and a nice walking area downtown.. It has valet parking and a nice upscale, yet contemporary bohemian look. Everyone makes you feel welcome. It was a nice break from that horrible sweaty and loud Disney crowd. A peice of Uptown Charlotte outside of Charlotte. If you don't like kids or the typical vacation crown this is for you. Cats and dogs are welcome but we didn't see many feline or canine friend hardly at all. The hotel is nice and clean. The beds were clean and comfy. The beds are firmer than I expected but I believe they reset my spinal cord because I got up every day more refreshed than I have been in months. Thanks Denise, Tameka, Fio, Steve, Valet crew and cleaning staff for making feel both pampered and welcome. I love that Uptown Charlotte vibe your hotel hotel has. It is a refreshing difference from the rest of Orlando. If I'm ever in the area again I would like to bring my friends or coworkers back with me.

I ordered Packages online to the Hotel weeks before my check-in date.( some expensive items) and I called plenty of time to make sure where delivered. Tameka the manager and staff kept my packages safe in their Guest security vault. I recommend this Hotel 100 percent

The front desk staff and valet were extremely pleasant and friendly. Room
Was clean and the accommodations were as advertised. It was our first stay at an Aloft brand, but will use them in the future!

I prepaid for my room in advance instead of just “reserving my room” as I wanted to guarantee that I had a room with 2 queen beds. I paid the 385 dollars weeks ago in an effort to avoid any issues at check in. Well when I checked in they had given my room away and only had a room with 1 bed, which is exactly why I prepaid so that I could avoid this exact situation. Traveling with 2 other men made this room and situation impossible. I was told I would get 25% of my room cost credited back to me and it never happened. The toilet in the room didn’t properly flush and they couldn’t fix it until after we checked out. Completely unacceptable for a hotel and property at this price range and “quality level”
Super disappointed and not happy that I never got the credit towards my bill I was promised
