I would come back again if they changed those mattresses at least for new ones. Those mattresses smell HORRIBLE.
The hotel is old but everything is in good condition.

This hotel is far from ICON Park. While I was at the front desk, a nosy and pushy sales lady from the concierge area came over to me and handed me some coupons (I later saw these same coupons at McDonalds for free). Then she tried to get me to purchase theme park tickets. I don't know why Rosen management thinks it's a good idea to have sales people approach tired guests while they're checking in. The first room with double beds that I received was dirty. There was hair in the fridge and other places. The TV and drawer were dusty. The front door wouldn't open at first. And the toilet didn't flush properly. So I requested a different room, which was much better. It faced the highway but I didn't hear any noise. I really like that the rooms have microwaves, mini fridges and coffee makers (though the coffee they supplied was weak and tasteless). Large screen TVs with just a few cable channels. I went swimming in one of the two pools but the water was salty.

Excellent in short, very well located and cleanliness on the place good work from the employees. The Haitian guy at Reception was very nice and speaks French very well. Bravo Hotel Rosen Inn International near parks.

Lovely hotel very close to a nice part of town. The courtyard was beautiful and I appreciated the amenities - like the shop in the lobby and welcome pack. The room itself was very comfy and clean and I slept well. There is a microwave for heating food, but no cutlery or plates so that might have been helpful to include. I did find the shower ran cold but I was in a rush so didn’t look into why that might be. I’d stay again :)

It is about three to five minutes' walk from Tenjin Subway Station. The surrounding facilities are very good, including convenience stores, depar**ent stores, etc. There is a ********* person at the counter who is very friendly when checking in. Thank you for your help.
