Quite old facility, but okay for a short visit. Location is good and convenient

Hotel looks little old, but It was acceptable because the price was exceptionally cheap. I got the accomodation in this hotel with amazing price. I think this hotel is one of the best option if you wanna stay in Orlando

Hotel was nice, but sheets where dirty with blood stains 🤢. But was a good hotel besides that

The location of the hotel is very good, but the service attitude is average, the air conditioner in the room is very loud, and the sound insulation is not good! Breakfast is average.

Was there for the MegaCon convention and to visit family in the surrounding area. The are due to the convention was crazy crowded, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Rosen hotel is so convenient to the convention center, this is why we enjoy staying here.

The Rosen Centre is a wonderful hotel in a perfect location for Orlando. We were there for a dance competition featuring a large amount of teens. The hotel was quick to respond to issues and concerns regarding our room location. The pool is spacious and kept clean. Restaurants were on site. Room service was timely and not costly which is rare to find. I would def stay there again.

Hotel was nice but our room had to be next to mechanical room because we heard banging all night and the tub filled with water when we took a shower. Otherwise it’s a beautiful property

My son got a bite in his face and when he woke up the next day we noticed it and it started to get swollen. The hotel did not do anything for us other than give us some medicine cream to put on his face.

The hotel was very nice. Clean and spacious. Staff very nice and the pool was super. However parking is not free and there is no parking anywhere else but the lot you pay for and it’s EXPENSIVE!! Parking should be included Just awful!! Because of that I will never come back or refer people to it.

I wasn’t advised parking was not included when booking, I was told to park in the garage in the back and even after scanning the link I felt it implies parking would be included for guest. It wasn’t until I got to the desk that I was advised parking would be taken out of the room deposit ( still not being advised of the amount). I woke up in the morning to a receipt left under my door for parking at $30. From what I recall parking In Atlanta was 20 and had I known it was 30 dollar garage parking I would’ve parked through the valet. Behind my beds we’re pretty dusty and a first come first serve complementary breakfast for guest that can prove their stay would be nice. Other than that the view was nice and the room is on the more modern side

Clean and comfortable rooms and common areas. Plenty of dining options on site. Very convenient for walking to Convention Center and other tourist areas. Helpful and friendly staff.

The good: Check in was quick with lots of attendants working the front desk. Luggage was brought to the room quickly with a friendly bellhop; all the employees we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were above average in comfort. The rooms were reasonably clean, but our coffee maker had not been cleaned out and there was an old used coffee pod inside. There were 3 sets of towels in each of our double queen rooms, so if you have 4 people in a room, you will have to ask for more towels. If everyone needs to wash their hair, you will probably need additional toiletries as well. Now for the bad: we thought we had no hot water in our room. We let both the sink and shower run for at least 5 minutes with only cold water coming out before calling the front desk. Our adjoining room had plenty of hot water, so we thought surely there is a problem. The gentleman who came to check it said that it is "normal" for it to take 15 minutes of running the water before it gets hot. Sure enough, it eventally came out hot. How this is an acceptable situation in a decently nice hotel is beyond me. Fifteen minutes of having to run the water for it to be warm!! Also, the "free" internet is terrible and the app you have to use to cast from your phone to the TV is equally terrible. It seems to be designed to force you to pay for "good" internet. There is also a $15 fee to use the gym. Since we were paying over $300/night for the room, that seems crazy.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel to attend Megacon at the Orange County Convention Center. The Convention is a easy covered walk via sky bridges from the hotel. This is a large hotel with lots of restaurants, bars,and amenities. A wonderful time had by all. Definitely look into it if you are staying in Orlando or doing a Convention across the street.
