On International Drive, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Rooms are nice and clean, AC. Staff is really helpful.

There was an issue with the 2 included breakfasts that they were not in hotel’s system.
They finally gave me a voucher to cover the breakfasts cost.

We have just returned home from a two week stay at the Rosen Plaza. Yet again, our holiday surpassed our expectations and we had the best of times. We travelled as a family of four this time (usually it’s just the two of us!) and were warmly greeted by Jason on checking in. We’ve had the pleasure of chatting to him and the front desk team during our stay, who really make a difference. Nerly is lovely too! I really look forward to seeing them now! The rooms are immaculate and well designed. The pool area is always clean and there were enough sunbeds for everyone. The occasional visits by the ducks and cardinals were lovely to see. Parking was great and only a short walk to reception. Guest experience once again 10/10 and I’m very much looking forward to seeing the Rosen Plaza team when we check in September! Keep up the great work! And thank you for a lovely stay!

We've just arrived back home after a fab 10night stay at Rosen Plaza The hotel is in an excellent location Our previous requests were met not a problem The rooms are excellent air con a bit dated but worked really well if not a bit loud at times The rooms were spotless on arrival and kept that way all through our stay clean towels every day bedding change etc The hotel is large and lots of functions going on but that was never a problem The pool and pool area were great not a problem getting a bed excellent pool bar The bar in hotel was great for a drink at end of the night Starbucks on site a godsend used many times Never had breakfast at hotel cafe or a meal in Jack's place but will try next time for sure All in this hotel was excellent for our needs absolutely spotless and clean and every staff member was friendly and really helpful All in all we had a great time in Orlando and Rosen Plaza hotel so much so we already looking to come back soon
