I found a worm like bug on bed and I went and got Front Desk Clerk to show and she did come and see and she told us that was a problem that they have tried to get rid of time after time but bug was not harmful.

Unfortunately many hotels in the area were sold out; otherwise I would have demanded my money back. This hotel was disgusting and filthy. I went to get a cup of water from the kitchenette at 3:45am and found ROACHES all over the counter/stovetop! I packed my things and left. There was nobody at the front desk to speak to about it. Check-in is 3pm. When I arrived, I was told there were no clean rooms because they only had one housekeeper. The person checking me in then informed me that I needed to pay a $100 deposit on the room even though I had already paid for the room in full. The woman who checked me in was very rude and unprofessional. The hotel has an overall stench of mildew.

We waited a good 30 minutes for the front desk attendant to show up to check us in!

Being told to make a deposit of $100.00 dollars which was unexpected.first time any where ever.

Excellent place to stay during your vacations

The staff was friendly and helpful, but they were tough to find. The hotel itself is definitely older and worn. Our room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, as did the hallways, but it was clean. It was ok for the few hours we needed to take a nap before coming home, but would not stay for more than that.

very disappointed that this hotel states they require $100 deposit to check in (this is not listed on website or reservation). This was not anticipated and although I only stayed 1 night, this $100 is still absent from my bank account and I had to adjust finances accordingly. I was told this was new policy as of 2/1/24 - and required for possible damages. Although The halls and room was overall free from debris, but there was overall unpleasant odor in halls and in the room. Bed was uncomfortable and not enough blankets for comfort. I thought there was no trash can anywhere in room, bathroom or little kitchenette, so my paper garbage was piled on the table in my room. When preparing to check out, I randomly found 1 little trash can inside a cabinet in the kitchenette. Shouldn’t there at least be trash can in the bathroom? Finally, when I called to request a 1 hour late check out, the staff member stated they would have to take money from my unanticipated $100 deposit. I felt that to be very un customer service friendly. If it was because of bookings, that’s a more legitimate reason to deny a very slight late check out. I honestly can’t remember any hotel that has not been flexible with late check out when needed for personal reasons. So, overall disappointed - especially for such low quality facility that does not match the room rates and very unnecessary $100 deposit (my credit card was file for potential “damages” coverage)

Room was very dirty, pet had destroyed room prior to our arrival and not repaired, smelt like burnt greasy food, very dated and not worth money payed. Had to leave 100 deposit for room not even worthy of it. Nose burned when we woke from strong odars

I would totally recommend this. It was so close to the park that we honestly could’ve walked.
