Overall, it's good. I booked it for a friend. There is no extra charge. It's convenient to check in, and the transportation is also very convenient. I've been using Ctrip to book hotels,,,

Great place to stay! Beautiful property with spacious accommodations. The staff were all friendly and focused on service. The staff working at the front desk were amazing and tentative to questions and maintenance concerns. We would definitely stay here again!

Couldn’t have asked for a better resort!! This place was awesome! Condo was huge, and very clean!! Loved the pool, great drinks and food from the tiki bar! So happy that I could get Starbucks right there!! Staff was all friendly!! Definitely will be back!!!

The grounds of the resort was very nice & clean, felt safe, pool was clean & had nice lounge chairs, Front desk employees were attentive. Would not return unless was provided with an updated unit. Unit was worn, kitchen appliances very, outdated, stained refridgerator, very limited cooking pans, ripped curtains in bedroom, hole under front door(could hear the wind howling). Supposedly some units are updated & some not, My son ended up with a very nice room. Added cost for a pool view looked over an unkept area where they keep golf carts/maintance supplies.

We decided to stay here due to size of unit and location to Disney and were pleased with both. Beyond that found accommodations average. Unit had bare necessities and was generally clean but was in need of updates. View from back of unit in Bldg 5 over conservation area was not appealing and lights on back porch. were not functioning. Dishwasher not attached and many furnishings worn or in need of repair. Bed coverings were sp**** and carpet damaged in spots. Tiki hut not open during stated hours (wanted coffee in the morning and arrived after 8am to find still closed).

The only thing is the small.water heater capacity. If you want to use the jacuzzi, it will take you about an hour to get the bath full. Then you will need about another hour to have hot water available again. Always a joy going here. Very close to Disney attractions and shopping at Vineland.

It’s a nice friendly resort - a little worn in places - but lots of space -
Full kitchen comes in handy when travelling with family.
Bedding was a bit sp**** as it was December and colder we put on the heating which worked great - as well as the AC for the odd day it was warm.
Good budget hotel - for families -
