Every day when the baby and her father wake up, they go to the balcony to wait for the giraffes to come over for dinner. They can go out to play after watching them. There is a special bus waiting area to go to all parks. If you need any service in the hotel, you can use a smart device in the room to summon a crew member. The staff are very enthusiastic. There are many activities in Jumbo House alone. I stayed in the hotel for a day to eat and walk, but it was still not enough. I hope that when the baby is older, I will have the opportunity to come back to play. I didn’t play in the swimming pool, game room, night tour, etc.

At first they wouldn't let me stay in the hotel because of my little dog, a Serbian dog, but I asked to clarify with the manager and it was resolved even though I had already made the request in advance. Although there were some hiccups, Ctrip services are still online. I feel safe when choosing Ctrip when I go out. At least I feel that the service is thoughtful and responsible. Traveling with protection is the most peaceful thing. The photos and videos were all taken in the room and are real and effective. Very cool.

The place is not like the photos, they don't even have a little train to see the animals, you can only see them from a very small place, The rooms that overlook the savannah area where you supposedly see a lot of animals, it is not true either you see one or two and if you get lucky. The place sells more for being a Disney brand than for what it is, it's not worth it!

A hotel I would recommend to anyone if not for the high price. I spend a dreamlike night looking at the animals. Although it is a Disneyland facility, it seems to be an excellent choice as it has almost no Disney colors.

For me, as an absolute Disney fan, it was of course my wish to test doses resort. The service is Disney standard very good! But: it is now very remote. But if, like me, you really want to try it out, I recommend hotel hopping. Just book 1-2 nights and then take another hotel. The luggage is brought from A to B without any problems. But of course it is a nice hotel all around.
