Loved the hotel but one thing we didnβt enjoy was the smell of our hotel room. Thankfully we were out all day but the smell was our only issue.

Came for vets 24 conference. Came back to the canal and fished in the evening and caught this beauty. 6 lberπ£π£π£π£π£π£π£π£ Breakfast was solid and close to good food. ππππππππππππππππππππππππππππππ

I arrived at the hotel with no electricity and no elevator, I took my bags up the stairs. the floor in the room was a little sticky and the lights were white, it looked like a medical clinic

The staff were excellent and extremely accommodating. There was no bars for my disabled husband in the bathroom with glass doors. I had to stand outside to insure, he would not fall through the glass!! No restaurant in premises and no shuttle service to & from the airport. Lighting was very poor in the bathroom for applying make-up or magnifying mirror. Bugs in the hallways. Need more variety of breakfast....bananas? Ham? Hash browns? Mattress was very soft for residents with back issues. But my biggest problem was the bars in the bathroom. If my husband would have fallen, he could have been killed or badly injured and I would have contacted my lawyer and sued this hotel

We visited in February. We chose this hotel for the hot tub so we could use this in the afternoon/evening after the parks in case the pool was cold. The pool was cold and looked like it needed a clean. The hot tub was broken on arrival and we was told that they were awaiting maintenance. We checked every day of our 5 day trip but this was not fixed so we never used the pool or hot tub for our whole holiday which is usually a big part of our holiday. Very disappointing as this was our 25th wedding anniversary and our first holiday in 15 years without our children.

Stayed only 1 night, in town for a show. Hotel was very modern and clean. Room was modern and clean. Despite being there during a long holiday weekend, it was crowded but quiet. Continental breakfast was ok. Would stay there again if/when in the Orlando area.
