The hotel is relatively new, the facilities are well maintained, the staff service is not bad, and there is a taste of decoration, which affects my mood. In the morning, a staff member suddenly broke in when I was listing Do Not Disturb, put a tissue in the bathroom, and looked at us when I came out of the bathroom, only to realize that I said hello and said sorry. I went to the wrong room. Fortunately, we were wearing Clothes, and nothing interesting to do.

We stayed at this Home 2 Suites due to its proximity to Walt Disney World. We stopped here for the night after leaving the Florida Keys and spent time at Disney Springs. The next morning we visited the outlet mall which is right down the street. It was nice having a larger room with the kitchen amenities. There are a lot of shelves and cabinets for storing things during your stay. Breakfast gets crazy especially in regard to the waffle machines. We enjoyed our stop here and would consider doing so again.

The housekeeping was terrible. I had to keep asking for the room to be cleaned. In 15 nights our room was only cleaned 3 times and that was only because I kept asking. It should have been done every other day. The bed was only changed twice. The reception staff were lovely and every time I complained they would give me the clean towels, toilet rolls, soap etc.. what we needed. I had to bag up the rubbish myself as the bins weren’t emptied and put the dirty towels outside the door. Breakfast wasn’t very good quality. The coffee was awful. Air conditioning was very loud in the room. Our room was by an exit door which people would just bang shut late at night and early in the morning. I asked the receptionist to put a sign on the door to ask if people could close the door gently which made it a bit better. The location was good but wouldn’t stay there again.

This hotel is amazing! The breakfast is different but very good! Staff is always friendly and attentive, those front desk and breakfast ladies works so hard. I'm sure management is very proud. Definitely exceeded my expectations for an extended stay hotel. My family and I will be back!

NO limpian la habitación todos los días como dicen en recepción el primer día que llegas. Nos hospedamos 7 noches y teníamos que repetir una y otra vez que por favor nos limpiaran la habitación como lo habían acordado.
