I paid for a kings size room and I got a room with dbl beds. There were stains all over the carpet, the elevator was filthy. For my dbl room there was 1 towel, 1 hand towel, and NOW washcloths. I called down for more towels and never got them. I even went down to the desk to get them and was told they were coming. Of course the girl at the desk was on her cell phone. This place is disgusting and definitely doesn't meet COVID STANDARDS. Save yourself some grief and just spend the extra money on a decent hotel. When I left there was no one behind the counter and there were people waiting to check in. Terrible customer service!!

Worst hotel I’ve ever seen!! Needed a quick place to stay for an early flight and wanted a place with a shuttle. The Clarion advertises that they have a Shuttle service, but they DO NOT!! As soon as we pulled in the parking lot, it was a total dump!!!!! Inside was worse!! Garbage everywhere and it smelled awful!! Rooms are the same way! Not clean and our room didn’t have working lights! I found blood on the towels!!! They changed our room!! Same thing, another disgusting room!! Filled garbage bags all along the hallways and outside the doors of the rooms! Went back to the front desk to return our keys!! Couldn’t stay there!! It was totally disgusting!! Said they would refund me but I had to go back to **********. With lots of back and forth, no refund!! Worst place on earth!! Stay away!! We ended up splurging, and stayed at the Hyatt at the airport! Beautiful place!!

El hotel es una porqueria, primero tuve que esperar horas para que alguien en recepcion me atienda, era de madrugada y no habia nadie. Buscando por todo el hotel apareció un tipo que parecia drogado y me asignaron una habitación la cual habia sido utilizada, una de las camas estaban destendidas, y cuando reclame me asignaron otra habitacion que parecia un basurero de vieja. Rente la habitacion con desayuno incluido y el restaurant no estaba funcionando, nunca me dieron ningun reembolso, los dias que estuve ahi nadie limpio la habitacion y me tocaba llevarme mis cosas por miedo a que me las roben, todo sucio, viejo y sin ningun tipo de servicio, la piscina un asco parecia un pantano de tan sucia, no volveria jamas, me senti no solo conuna atencion pesima sino tambien sucia e insegura, todo un asco

This hotel was gross and dirty beyond belief! Moldy stains on carpet, worm on bathroom floor. No drinking glasses or coffee cups, however the coffee pot didn’t work anyway. Front desk said” there’s a 7-11 next door! “ Advertised airport shuttle wasn’t operating, front desk claimed they arranged a taxi, which never showed up. For 2 guests, 2 thin small bath towels, 1 hand towel, no wash cloths. No shampoo, no breakfast. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! I would give negative stars if I could. This is one of the worse places I have ever seen!
