The unit could use some maintenance and updating. There were rust stains on the refrigerator and the shower door did not slide well. The washing machine also made a loud squeaking noise. But overall it was comfortable and clean and we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely consider Vista Cay for our next visit. It was very conveniently located to the Orange County Convention Center as well as the theme parks.

the staff at the resort did not treat us the same as their other guests, therefore only one laundry soap, one dishwasher soap, one cheap small shampoo/conditioner combo bottle, one set towels for 5 days. kitchen pans were so old we bought a pan to use and take home. we even bought a sponge for the kitchen because the one they gave was not durable. beds were ok. main hot tub overrun by unsupervised children and cold.

It was the perfect location for an event at the convention center. There were five of us and it was perfect. Very nice and clean and we all had our own bathroom and bedroom. I highly recommend this property!!!!

Overall, this met our requirements. The unit was well equipped and spacious. Specific issues for our unit included: (i) master bedroom mattress was too soft and sagged in the middle; (ii) no smart TVs in the bedrooms; (iii) resort cleaning staff tend to be loud (e.g. using speakerphones while in common areas, playing loud music etc). Some construction noise from upgrade of the secondary pool area. Convenient location within walking distance of supermarket, diner and a couple of restaurants.
