Clean, friendly staff.

Very nice hotel. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment which accommodated 5 of us. Breakfast was plentiful. Parking was plentiful. Right by I4 highway.

Had a very nice stay. I told the Manager that I was continually amazed by the kindness and competence of the front office staff and the room attendants. She said "I recruit for personality and train for for skills." My family stayed there as the hotel is a very short walk from the Orlando Regional Medical Center. Their kindness helped our family at a very difficult time.. The room was spacious and the kitchen was well-equiped. The tv offerings gave us a lot of variety. The laundry room was large and had a folding table. I am a titanium elite member and have had a lot of experience with Marriott: this property is an exemplary show place for Marriott.

I had out patience surgery at a near by hospital and the staff allowed me to check in early. When I was released at midnight and arriving at the hotel, they provided a wheelchair to use for the duration of my stay. I can’t thank them enough.

Shower head and pressure was horrible, no bar soap and at $200 a night, give me bar soap. Breakfast was subpar, McDonald's was a better option, and the pillows could use to be thrown away.

The staff was very nice to accommodate our three rooms close together. The interior design of the hotel is very pleasing and was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Very nice day would definitely recommend.

Total stay was great! The only this I did not like was the $15 charge at the desk on the check out for parking. It was a gated area with a hospital next door. I arrived late and wasn't in the mood for finding a free parking area. I do not recall on ********** a mention of a change for overnight parking. Very Disappointing!

Sunday, February 18, 2024 Ramon Lima, General Manager Desiree Andersen, Assistant General Manager TownePlace Suites Downtown Orlando 51 Columbia Street Orlando, Florida 32806 Dear Mr. Lima and Ms. Andersen, My wife, and tomorrow my son, and I are (will be) guests at your hotel. As a long-time Marriott resort owners and long-time (Titanium) Bonvoy cardholders, your hotel staff is a prime example of why we are loyal to Marriott. My son is traveling from Tampa to Orlando for a revision of an orthopedic surgery owing to a sports-related injury. His surgeon’s office recommended that he stay at your hotel, and we are glad he did! I spoke with Ramon (who I now am the GM) early on and asked to be put on a waiting list for a handicapped accessible two-bedroom suite – of which there is one among the eleven two-bedroom suites in the hotel – no problem, waitlist assured. My mistake was booking a room for a day later than our supposed to be arrival – again no problem, Maria took my phone call and accommodated the change in schedule. On arrival the front desk staff (Juan Carlos and Gabby) could not have been more accommodating in explaining the room availability (the two-bedroom two bath was occupied but not needed by us until the next day) and Juan Carlos showed us to an alternate for the first night – with patience and good humor I might add (heavy on the patience and heavy on the good humor!). As for accommodations the room/suite is clean, spacious and comfortable – I am especially impressed with the green-consciousness lighting control (key in a slot lights work, no key lights can’t be left on....great idea). I am certain that the next two days will be equally as hospitable. Thank you all. With appreciation, NAME WITHHELD
