Very convenient to Orlando airport. No frills but nice room, clean nice bathroom and room. Good quality for the price.

Aesthetically, the hotel was nice. The A/C in the room did not work well at all. No hot water in the shower. Was only “warm”. Thermostat had a bright blue hue that would not dim. Told the front desk and they didn’t seem to care much.

The hotel itself is very nice. Very clean and brand new. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The service leaves something to be desired. We landed at the airport and went to the designated spot to be picked up by the shuttle. Waited close to 1/2 hour for the driver to get there. Lady at the front desk was not friendly and took forever to get our room. Likely not that big of deal except it was nearly midnight traveling with my 3 kids. The hospitality definitely leaves much to be desired.

It’s clean and staff is friendly but airport shuttle wasn’t available. That was ok because they sent a Lyft to pick me up. Initial room was still being cleaned. Had to go back to the desk to get another room. Restaurant isn’t really a restaurant. A bar and what looks like upgraded microwave food.
