Conveniently located near the airport. The entire hotel is very new, designed in a modern and comfortable style, simple and bright. The front desk processed it quickly and required a $20 advance payment. The hotel design is reasonable and various information notices are posted in the stairwell. Breakfast is simple and practical. fine.

The room is large, well-equipped, everything is perfect, the hotel is very new, the service staff is friendly and enthusiastic, it is very close to the airport, there is Wal-Mart around, and food and shopping are very convenient.

Excellent front desk, good facility and convenient location for the airport. Breakfast was good enough for our family. We will come back next time.

We went to Orlando for our annual church end the year planning and vision for this and the upcoming year! Our stay was very very pleasant staff was great such hospitality and care. Especially the young lady with the Accent with the braids I think her name was Tanya and everyone else was great as well looking forward to coming back again! 5 stars

This hotel is absolutely amazing. I had a work event in which I had people come in from all over the country. We were able to block off 30 rooms and book the banquet room. We actually ended up with more people than anticipated but they were able to adapt quickly to accommodate the group. I reached out to Kevin the General Manager and he was absolutely awesome. His entire staff provided service I have not seen or experienced in years. Hugo who works there catered to every need was extremely helpful and pleasant and went above and beyond to ensure the event was successful. Grecia at the front counter was also impressive. Throughout our time there Hugo and Kevin both frequently checked up to ensure everything was fantastic. I had an opportunity to speak with the staff and ask them why they treat people so well and they all said it was because of how management treated them. I also took the opportunity to sit in the lobby and observe the staff with other patrons and I can not say enough about the level of service and how superior it was not only with my group but with the other guests as well. My husband and I love to travel and I also travel for work and I confidently can state I never in my adult life have received service like this before. The entire staff should be commended and rewarded for their efforts that they put in toward making your experience memorable. I do hope that Marriott sees these reviews and truly commends Kevin,Hugo and Lecia and really the entire staff for the amazing work that they do. This is truly a hidden gem in Orlando and I hope they receive the recognition they deserve!
