Fantastic experience! This is peak luxury, everything from the decor, to the toilets (iykyk). We had a newborn with us and were able to be accommodated with a crib and baby sheets. Everything is so carefully considered here and all of the staff are extremely helpful and supportive. I utilized the chat feature several times to ask menial questions and each time I received a quick, helpful response. Our brunch at Haven was delicious and our server Rodrigo was attentive and gave us several recommendations for things to do around the resort. Andries at valet was also communicative and accommodating with opening doors, loading baggage and giving an overall luxury experience. The only slight critique I could offer is that the Lake Nona Wave Hotel app is not very optimized when it comes to connecting to the room and we also had a hard time watching what we wanted on the televisions. If they could add a feature to the tv that allows you to log into your streaming apps directly on the tv that would be helpful.
