I was nervous as I am a woman who was traveling alone but the ladies at the front desk were so nice and made me feel comfortable. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I was there was a microwave but everything was very nice. Quiet environment so I was able to sleep. I had no issues and was able to have a nice relaxing time.

I rented this place on a last minute plan. Pictures online showed a nice looking hotel and rooms but it was the opposite. It felt like a cheap motel room. The second we opened the door it smelled so much like cigarette smoke, the room had no toilet paper, no remote control and the wifi didn’t work. The bathroom was dirty, smelled like mold. You can hear the water of the upstairs bathroom hit the bathroom ceiling which indicates a leakage. It was bad. The staff was helpful when we ask questions and for things but that doesn’t take away from the fact the hotel was horrible.

I couldn’t even stay- I had to get another place to spend the night with my daughter last minute. Working on a credit now. Terrible area- Awful place! Totally not what’s advertised.

This place was definitely not as expected. The toilet didn’t work. I couldn’t sleep because there was people being loud all night long the whole time I was where. We only received 2 towels for our 3 day stay.

Stayers beware: This Property isn't like the pictures! It put pictures like a new & upgraded facility But that is Far from the Truth! It's in a bad neighborhood & is a old bad facility!! Completely Unsafe & Unworthy of anyone staying!! I felt i couldn't even get out of my car let alone stay there, which i didn't!! Pass Pass Pass!!!
PS I NEED MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I DIDN'T EVEN CHECK IN!!!

The staff was the only positive at this place. The shower doesn’t get hot. We could not get any fresh towels. It was extremely noisy outside late at night. It was super dirty inside the rooms and had roaches.
