Although updating and construction was going on it did not interfere with our stay. The staff was friendly and kind, the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would stay here again and recommend the hotel to my family and friends.

The front desk staff is courteous. Breakfast can be free as long as you register as a Hyatt member. It is a bit of a hassle to pick up the airport pick-up shuttle bus to take the initiative to call the hotel.

The room is large and the bed is large. A family of three is very suitable. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Disneyland, which is quite convenient. However, it is not recommended to buy tickets for the hotel at the hotel.

Our stay at Hyatt place was excellent. We had a four night stay.. check in & out was fast & easy. The room was more than what i expected.. large living room area with sleep sofa that my daughter feel asleep on every night.. lol. The view of the icon Ferris wheel was awesome. Breakfast was awesome as well... My daughter and I truly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back..
